Ingredients

    Pumpkin canned, without salt, 1 cup
    Cool Whip Free, 32 tbsp.
    Kraft Jello Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding Vanilla 2 small boxes
    1 T. Cinnamon
    1 t. Nutmeg
    1/2 t Ginger
    1 cup milk

Directions

Mix puddings and milk together, add pumpkin and spices, whip well, add cool whip whip really well. Can be poured into a Graham cracker pie shell (more calories), or eaten as pudding--great. Makes 8 servings in a pie and 4 BIG servings of pudding. The calories are calculated without the crust.
