Ingredients

    2 1/4 cups Bob's Red Mills All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
    1 cup buckwheat flour
    1/4 c flax seed, ground
    1 1/2 cups hemp milk (or other dairy free milk, if you are unable to digest dairy)
    1 1/2 TBS Baking Powder
    1/4 c sugar (I use Raw Sugar)
    1 egg
    2 TBS Smart Balance Buttery Spread, melted
    1 banana
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    tsp dry, plain, gelatin

Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Put all the wet ingredients in a blender and puree. Add to the dry mix, stir. If you need more moisture, add water. Drop into 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot griddle. Should make approx 24 pancakes. (Each "serving" = 1 pancake)
