Ingredients

    1 Medium bunch of Scallions (Green Onions)
    1 Cup Nonfat Milk
    3 lbs Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1 Package Imitation Crab Meat
    3 tbls Tabasco Sauce
    2 tbls Garlic Powder

Directions

Chop the green onions and crab meat. Mix with room temp. cream cheese, milk, onion powder and tabasco sauce. Serve with Ritz style crackers or if going low carb try with pork rinds.
