Introduction

This is basically Libby's recipe from the can but with 1/3 of the recommended amount of sugar. There are probably 100 or more variations of this recipe on the site, but I couldn't find one that used regular condensed milk, real sugar, and whole eggs. Ingredients

    1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
    1 can condensed milk (12 oz)
    2 eggs
    1/4 cu. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Directions

Pour into pie crust and bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 45-50 min. Or just pour into a pie pan and bake without the crust. Calories for the crust are not included in the nutrition information.
