Ingredients

    6 tbls flax meal
    1 egg
    1/2 cup powder milk
    1 tbls vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    soda water

Directions

mix dry ingredients. Add vinegar and enough soda water to make a batter about the same consistency as pancakes. Cover and let sit out over night. Add egg and cook on lightly sprayed griddle. Should be thicker than a crepe and thinner than a pancake. Add a bit more soda water if needed
