Introduction
This is Mom's original recipe but other adaptations can be easily made (such as turning this into Hawaiian hash or into a vegetarian chili).You can definitely add more vegetables or beans to this if you wish, which will make this go even further. You can add oregano and basil (about 2 tbsp or to taste) if you wish, but I did not include this in the recipe. Sometimes I like to add jalapeņos or hot sauce to my own serving.
Excellent for lunch! This meal keeps you full and highly energized (especially if you make it a complete meal by adding a side salad and possibly a very small whole wheat roll)!!! If you are serving this for others, you can put a very small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top to make it look really glamorous. Enjoy! Ingredients

1/2 lb lean ground beef, defrosted
1 pkg Club House Chili Seasoning Mix
1/2 cups white vinegar
3 1/2 cups tomatoes (32 oz can)
1 1/2 cups baked beans (12 oz can)
1 3/4 cups red kidney beans (14 oz can)
1 1/2 cups mushrooms, fresh
1 large green bell pepper
Directions
In a large, cast iron skillet brown lean ground beef. Stir frequently using a wooden spatula. When beef is cooked, drain any fat (if any is noticeable). Add chili seasoning mix and all other ingredients. Heat until it is just starting to boil, then turn down heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Recipe makes approximately eight 1 1/2 cup servings.
