Introduction

Lasagne noodles rolled with spinach, ground beef, ricotta, and mozzarella Lasagne noodles rolled with spinach, ground beef, ricotta, and mozzarella

Ingredients

    8 Barilla Lasagne Noodles - cooked
    1/2 lb Lean ground beef
    1 cup ricotta cheese
    8oz mozzarella cheese
    1 jar Barilla Marinara sauce
    8 spinach leaves

Directions

lay cooked lasagne noodles flat
spread ricotta cheese on each noodle
lay a spinach leaf at one end of each noodle
sprinkle ground beef and mozzarella on each noodle
roll and lay seam side down in baking dish
top with sauce
bake for 50 minutes at 325 degrees
take out of oven and cover top with mozzarella cheese
bake an additional 5 - 10 minutes (until cheese is melted)

Serving size is 1 roll
