Introduction

Just a standard high protein, low-fat, pretty darn good tasting tuna salad! Just a standard high protein, low-fat, pretty darn good tasting tuna salad!

Ingredients

    2 cans Solid White Albacore Tuna in water, drained
    2 TBSP Miracle Whip(or mayonnaise if you prefer)
    3 tsp/ 1 TBSP Yellow Mustard
    1 small-medium yellow or white onion, finely chopped
    a dash of salt and/or pepper to your tastes(omit salt to reduce sodium, obviously)
