Ingredients

    Put a flat of chicken breast in crockpot, with can of tomato and chili mix, taco seasoning and 2tbls of brown sugar. Cook for 6-8 hours. 6 on high and 8 on low. you can make the chicken shreded real easy once it is cooked. You could feed approximately 10-15 people on this recipe as long as you are doing shreded tacos.

Directions

This is a crockpot recipe so it does take some time. This great for when you are in a rush and can put something together before work and come home to a good meal. I would say that it is at least 10 cups of chicken once it is done as so long as you are using a whole flat of chicken breast. Good and healthy for the whole family.
