*** Important note: This is not 100% Lactose Free. The lactose comes from the whey powder, which is 98% Lactose Free according to the manufacturer. A 100% whey protein isolate powder would be more than 99% Lactose Free. ***I was trying to figure out how to get a big serving of protein in the lowest possible calories. A fitness website (not SP) had a suggestion of pure protein powder + water, but that just sounded horrid, so I tried this instead. Hemp milk is very creamy; I combined it with water to lower the calories. Delicious and satisfying. Ingredients

1/4 cup Water
3/4 cup Living Harvest Hemp Milk, Chocolate Flavor
1 serving 'Show Me the Whey' Chocolate Protein Powder
Directions
Warm hemp milk on stove top or in microwave, just until warm, not boiling. Add protein powder and mix well (I used a hand cocoa blender). Do not heat further, to avoid heating the whey protein. Pour into a glass and rink right away as otherwise the protein powder will settle.
