Ingredients

    1 can (15 oz) black beans
    1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 can (10.75) condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 package (15 oz) smoked turkey sausage cut into 1/2 in slices
    2 cups diced potatoes
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 cup water
    2 teaspoons horseradish
    2 teaspoons honey
    1 teaspoon dried basil

Directions

Drain and rinse black beans. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, mix well. Cover, cook on low for 7-8 hours or until potato is tender.
