Introduction

A wonderful way to enjoy a protein rich candy while avoiding corn syrup. You can use a variety of different shapes for molds (ice cube trays work) or use a baking pan and slice into squares. Ingredients

    3 cups juice of choice (I used Pomegranate& Lime)
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup unflavored gelatin
    oil for very lightly greasing pan or mold

Directions

Add gelatin and sugar to juice and let sit. The juice will slowly absorb the dry ingredients. Cook on medium low, stirring as needed to prevent the gelatin from sticking to the bottom. When the liquid is clear, fully dissolved, pour into greased pan or molds. Allow time to cool until firm.
