Ingredients

    1 Cup Wheat Bran
    2 Eggs
    4 Packets Sugar Free Instant Oatmeal (flavored or plain)
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Containers Lite Nonfat Yogurt
    1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
    1 cup milk

Directions

1) Blend oats to powder.
2) In medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
3) Stir in remaining ingredients.
4) Spray fry pan with nonstick spray, put approx 1/4 cup batter per cake, and cook on lower heat than standard pancakes (or else will burn).

Makes a dozen 4 inch pancakes
