Ingredients

    Beef, tenderloin, 1.5 lb (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 4 cup (remove)
    Beans, pinto, 6 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)
    Banana Peppers, 1 small (4" long) (remove)
    Serrano Peppers, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 2 pepper (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 2 can (6 oz) (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 can (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 5 tbsp (remove)
    Chili powder, 5 tbsp (remove)
    (every ingredient is to taste) use your own discression on how hot you want this.

Directions

You have to roast the meat for 4-6 hours depending on the size of it at 300 degrees, with a habanero and jalepeno peppers. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large pot about 30 minutes prior to taking the meat out of the oven. Add meet and simmer on low for 2 hours, stirring occationally.
