Ingredients

    1/2 C onions, diced
    1/2 C red pepper, diced
    1/2 C green pepper, diced
    1 C zucchini, diced
    1 C summer squash, diced
    2 T garlic, diced
    1 C corn
    1 Can Hunts Chunky Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce
    1 large can Diced Tomatoes, canned in tomato juice
    1 large can pinto beans
    1 T Mexican Seasoning
    1 C mild salsa

Directions

Saute first seven ingredients in water until soft. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.
