Introduction
I was looking for an easy recipe to make with my DayCare kiddlets. This was FUN and EASY. This is a repeat of a peanut butter cookie by *biggirl* with the suggestions from others & using ingredients that I had on hand (low sugar, low sodioum Jif) I wanted to get the nutrion info for my recipe.I call them Amazing because I was skeptical about this recipe and was amazed that not only were they delicious but they are better than cookies WITH flour. I am not a big PB cookie fan but I am hooked on these -- hmm not sure if that is a GOOD thing! LOL!
My version made 36 "two bite" cookies which fit nicely in my plan. WARNING!!! These are dangerously delicious so proceed with CAUTION! :-D I was looking for an easy recipe to make with my DayCare kiddlets. This was FUN and EASY. For softer cookies bake at the low end - crispy cookie bake longer.
