Ingredients

1 small banana, 1 whole wheat hot dog bun, and 2 tablespoons of reduced fat peanut butter. I use Naturally More brand peanut butter because it's enriched with flax seed.

Directions

Just spread the peanut butter on the wheat bun and place the banana just like you would a hot dog, inside of the bun. Presto, you have an easy to hold, delicious nutritious breakfast. It's a mouthful. Wash it down with a glass of milk.
