Ingredients

    Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers, 1.5 cup, drained, rinsed, and diced.

    Onions, raw, .5 cup, finely chopped

    Garlic, 1 tsp

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)

    Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 8 oz., softened

    Romaine Lettuce (salad), .5 inner leaf

Directions

Mix Softened Cream Cheese, onions, and garlic in bowl. I use a mixer to make it smooth, but just make sure it's well mixed.

Top your choice of bread with the filling, tomato, and lettuce.
