Introduction

This is a smoothie that I like a lot. You get a good healthy snack and it's pretty filling. This is a smoothie that I like a lot. You get a good healthy snack and it's pretty filling.

Ingredients

    Any type of nonfat Yogurt would work. I choose vanilla for the flavor.
    Milk 1% or skim
    Triple Berrys, frozen, or add your favorite fruit.

    6 oz NonFat Light yogurt
    1/3 cup Skim Milk
    1/3 Cup berries

Directions

I use a personal blender similar to the "magic bullet" for mine. It takes approx 3 minutes to put items in the mixing cup and about 2-3 minutes to blend. I then pour it into a cup and enjoy.
