Ingredients

    Frozen Shrimp, pre-cooked
    3 oz Baby Spinach
    1/2 cup Snow Peas
    1 tsp Sesame Oil
    1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
    1 tsp water
    1/2 tsp Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
    1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
    1/8 (just a pinch) Garlic Powder
    7 Reduced Fat Crackers (Triscuit or Wheat Thins work well)


Directions

Place shrimp under cold running water for 5 minutes to thaw.

Meanwhile, mix oil, vinegar, water, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Mix in ginger and garlic powder.

Arrange spinach, snow peas, and shrimp in a bowl. Drizzle or toss with dressing mixture. Sprinkle smashed crackers on top and serve.
