I just made this myself, and thought it was pretty good, though next time I make it I am going to add a little more ginger. I had this with Ginger Citrus Rice, it was really good!     1 can ~ Del Monte 100% juice Pineapple Chunks
    1 can ~ Del Monte 100% juice Pineapple Crushed
    1 tsp ~ ground Ginger
    salt to taste
