Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups pitted dates
    9 Tbl cocoa
    1/4 cup almond oil
    1/2 cup agave nectar
    2 cups canned garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed (or fresh cooked beans)
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Measure dates into liquid measuring cup and cover to 1 1/2 cup line with hot water, soak 10 minutes. Drain 1/4 cup water out.
Process the rest in blender or food processor until smooth paste.
Add cocoa powder, oil and agave, mix well.
Add beans and eggs and process until very smooth. Add baking powder and cinnamon, pulse until combined.
Poor into 9" pan or pie dish, lightly sprayed with oil.
Bake 45 minutes. Cool for 15, cut into 12 slices. Store in fridge (or freeze individual pieces for a grab and go snack).
