Ingredients

    4 Pork Chops
    Orange Marmalade, .3 cup
    Soy Sauce, .25 cup
    Ginger, ground, .25 tsp
    Red pepper flakes, 1.5 tsp
    Flour - dusting on each pork chop

Directions

Sprinkle flour on each side of the pork chops.
Heat large skillet using non stick cooking spray.
Brown each side of the pork chop, 2 mins each side
In the meantime, mix together remaining ingredients. Add a little water or orange juice to make it thinner.
Take a brush and coat the first side of the pork chop. Let it cook for 6 mins on first side. Then flip over and brush other side with the rest of the sauce. Cook for 6 more minutes.
Serve with rice or noodles.
