Ingredients

    1 cup Applesauce
    1 1/4 cup Splenda Blend for Baking
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp ground ginger
    3/4 cup water
    15 oz can pumpkin
    2 1/2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking soda

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Bake at 350
25-30 min for muffins
1 - 1 1/2 hours for bread (check after 1 hour)
(Toothpick inserted in center of cake should come out clean)
