Ingredients

1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cold water
1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (i.e. Nutella)
½ cup light cream cheese
¼ cup shortening
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup butterscotch chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside.
Whisk together cornstarch and cold water, set aside.
Beat together hazelnut spread, cream cheese, shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in cornstarch mixture, egg, and vanilla.
Stir together flours, baking soda and salt in separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and mix until combined. Stir in all the baking chips.
Drop spoonfuls at least 2” apart onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 11 to 13 minutes.
