    Saute:
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Curry powder, 4 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .125 tsp (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)

    Add & Cool:

    Whisk:
    16 oz. pumpkin (cooked)
    3 eggs
    4 T melted butter
    3/4 cup buttermilk or yogurt or sour cream

    Add: Flour mixture

    Stir: Just until combined
    *Cumin seed, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    Pumpkin, cooked, 2 cup, mashed (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
