Ingredients

    18 Wonton Wrappers
    1 can of Crab, drained
1 Large Egg, beaten for egg wash
    2 tbsp Light Cream Cheese
2 tbsp Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
1/2 tsp Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
    2 Garlic Cloves, minced
    Pinch of Paprika
    Pinch of Onion Powder
    Pinch of Black Pepper
    Handful of Chives

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2) Spray nonstick cooking oil on a cookie sheet.

3) Mix crab, cream cheese, ricotta, soy sauce, garlic, chives, paprika, onion powder, and black pepper together in a bowl

4) Place wonton wrappers on prepared cookie sheet and spoon crab mixture into the center of each. Wonton pasta is very pliable so fold the corners in and fix with a pinch.

5) Brush each wonton with egg wash

6) Bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges are brown. Enjoy.

I loved this recipe. I took it to a gathering, and they were a big hit. I put them in a muffin pan to keep their shape and cooked them approximately 20-25 minutes. - 1/2/10

I added green onion instead of chives. The green onion has a slightly stronger onion flavor. I also replaced cream cheese with neufchatel cheese, a French cheese, because it is lower in fat without being fat free. - 1/13/12

This recipe is delicious! We accidentally found out that it is even better if left to bake about ten minutes longer until the edges are very dark brown and crispy yet the filling remains moist and tender. - 1/1/10

I used real farmers cheese, low sodium soy sauce from Kikkoman, and a couple droops of Worchester sauce. I shredded and chopped green onion, and used imitation crab along with a 1/2 tsp of crab base from Thailand for more flavor and a kick. I also left them in to brown edges. They were very good - 1/20/18

These were really good! My mom says she would've liked to see a bit more cream cheese and less crab, and I'll admit that I couldn't really taste the cheese myself, but they were still delicious. Thanks for posting this! - 3/18/11

This is a great recipe for Crab Rangoon. I don't like to deep fry. I don't like the way they are prepared when I eat out. I like crab Rangoon but I stopped eating them when I changed my diet. A recipe to bake them is great!! - 1/27/10
