Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used real farmers cheese, low sodium soy sauce from Kikkoman, and a couple droops of Worchester sauce. I shredded and chopped green onion, and used imitation crab along with a 1/2 tsp of crab base from Thailand for more flavor and a kick. I also left them in to brown edges. They were very good
I added green onion instead of chives. The green onion has a slightly stronger onion flavor. I also replaced cream cheese with neufchatel cheese, a French cheese, because it is lower in fat without being fat free.
