Ingredients

5 large eggs
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
1 Cup of Sugar (you can replace with Equal equivalent)
3 8oz bars of Phili Cream Cheese
1 Bar of Bakers Sweet German Chocolate
Directions
melt chocolate in double boiler ...place to the side
preheat oven to 375 degree
butter a 12" glass pie plate or a 9" spring pan
In a mixing bowl mix the 3 bars of cream cheese with sugar, adding 2 eggs in the beginning and then one at a time until all are in the mix...add the Vanilla.
MIx on high until batter is smooth as possible. Take 1.5 cup of batter and mix with melted chocolate. Pour the rest of the batter into the pan. Then take chocolate mixture and plop on top of the batter in the pan. Swirl a thin bladed knife through up & down and left & right....
Place in oven for 40-45 minutes...It rises to the top and when its cooling it colapses down so don't think its ruined.
Chill in frig....makes 8 servings...
