Ingredients

1 9oz oreo pie crust
Filling:
1 cup fat free evaporated milk
1/2 cup fat free cream cheese
3/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp skim milk
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
Topping:
2 Tbsp semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp peanut butter chips
1 Tbsp roasted, salted peanuts
Directions
For the filling: In a medium bowl, use and electric mixer to whip evaporated milk until firm and then put in refrigerator to keep cold. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat for 30 seconds or until well combined. Remove the evaporated milk from the refrigerator and fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading evenly. Top with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and peanuts. Cover with plastic wrap and place the pie in the freezer for about 1 hour to set.
About an hour before you plan to serve, transfer pie from the freezer to the refrigerator.
