    * Ground Turkey, 2 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)
    * Great Value Fancy Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese, 2 cup
    * Italian Seasoning, 1 tbsp
    * *Minced Onion, 3.0 tsp
    * Garlic Powder, 1.5 tsp


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, put veg oil on a napkin and grease the muffin tins... Fill each one to the top. Bake for 25 to 45 minutes depending on temperature variations of your oven. I bake mine for 35 minutes on 375.

  • I don't cook with turkey much...so maybe I'm just not used to it- kinda dry for my taste...but the flavor was good. Also I thought it was kinda a lot of calories for the tiny amount, which I had to served with other things.
    I can't way I will make them again.

  • very good not dry at all which i find usually happens, i love onions so i omitted the onion salt and used real frozen diced real small onions. - 1/2/10
