Introduction
This is a very slightly modified recipe from the original, found at GroupRecipes.com. Really, the only changes I made was to replace a couple potatoes with some carrots, and add some balsamic vinegar. I also left out the sazon, since I have no clue what it is. Ingredients

2-3 lb deer roast
1 Tbl.salt
1 Tbl. pepper
1 Tbl. garlic powder
1 Tbl. onion powder
2 beef bouillon cubes crushed
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic minced.
1 large onion quartered
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
4 potatoes washed, peeled and quartered
8-10 cups water
Directions
Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and beef bouillon cubes and sprinkle over roast. Smother roast with flour and pat to absorb as much flour as you can. Heat skillet and add vegetable oil and brown roast on all sides. Move roast to crock pot. With skillet still hot, add onion and minced garlic until translucent. Stir in 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 balsamic and stir, loosening the scrapings off the bottom of the pan. Pour over roast in the crock pot. Add potatoes, and remaining water. Cook for 8 hours. Makes approximately 6 servings.
