I cooked the chicken in the marinade and it was delicious. I should have used only half the marinade, so the result was a little soupy, but tasted great with brown rice. - 12/10/09

the flavor combination was so good. There was no dominate flavor it all blended. I baked mine in the oven. This will be a family favorite, can't wait to make it with shrimp also. - 5/19/09

This is a great, tasty marinade! I served it with tropical rice, another Spark People recipe, and they went great together. The recipe doesn't say how to cook and my grill's dead, so I put the chicken in a small skillet with about half of the marinade and served the cooked marinade with the chicken. - 7/25/08
