Introduction

This is a super easy recipe for those, like me, who enjoy milder fish dishes. Yummy with rice! This is a super easy recipe for those, like me, who enjoy milder fish dishes. Yummy with rice!

Ingredients

    4 Tilapia fillets
    11/2 limes, juiced
    Lime Zest
    Sea salt
    Freshly cracked pepper
    2 TBSP butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly spray baking sheet with your favorite cooking spray. Place fillets in pan. Drizzle fish with juice from 11/2 limes. Sprinkle fillets with lime zest from one lime. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt. Crack pepper over fish to taste. Place 1/2 TBSP butter on top of each fillet. Bake for 8 - 12 minutes, or until fish flakes with fork.

    Just made this recipe. It was delicious!!! I used lemons instead of limes but I'm sure the lime is delicious too. I would definitely make this again. - 1/20/10
