Very Tasty! My kids loves them! My batter came out a little too thick, so I think next time I think I will use more milk to thin it out a bit. I will definitely make this recipe again! - 5/4/10

Just finished making these. Excellent! I've never made pancakes from scratch but these come out so delicious. This is a keeper in my book. The batter didn't exactly make 12 servings, I got 5 medium-large pancakes which suits me perfectly. - 2/13/11

Beware: the nutritional analysis doesn't include the oil.

I made these this morning, added 4 Tbsp of flax meal to the batter and sprinkled frozen blueberries on the cooking batter. They were very good.

Thanks letting me know about the oil, I have added so the nutrition is accurate now.
