Introduction
This is an easily altered recipe to accommodate any vegetables sauteed with any lean ground meat tossed with rice noodles. The key is seasoning the meat well while browning to add depth and flavor. Ingredients

Brown the ground turkey and drain any liquids.
Add rice noodles to boiling water to soften. Set aside.
Add cilantro, basil, hoisen sauce, rice vinegar, seasoning sauce, water and chopped jalapeno to the browned meat. Bring to a boil. Add tomatoes, spinach, bell pepper, and jalapeno and heat through. Drain rice noodles.
Toss noodles, meat, and vegetables together. Top with sliced almonds and green onions.
Other vegetables can include shredded carrots, broccoli, corn, water chestnuts, mushrooms, onions, squash, yam, and celery. You can also substitute green chilies for the jalapeno.
Directions
Makes 4 servings. Each serving includes 4 oz. of meat, 1/2 cup of noodles, and any vegetables (this can vary since you can alter the amount of vegetables to add).
