Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 medium green summer squash, sliced
    1 medium yellow summer squash, sliced
    1 sweet or regular onion, sliced
    2 chicken breasts (about 4 oz./each)
    salt, pepper, other spices as desired
    Barilla Plus Angel Hair Pasta (or any pasta you like)
    1 Can Diced tomatoes with basil and garlic
    about .5 cups of spaghetti sauce like Clasico tomato and Basil

Directions

Cook chicken until done in about 2 tsp olive oil, brown on both sides. Add any desired spices like salt and pepper and oregano.

Remove chicken from pan, slice into strips

Slice onions as desired and Brown onions in same pan as chicken cooked. Add a little juice from tomatoes.

Slice squash, add to pan and cook a little

Add can of tomatoes and cook squash until done.

Add slice separate s of chicken and cook until chicken is warm again.

Cook pasta in pot. Drain.

Serve pasta in bowl or plate and top with the squash/chicken/tomatoes. Makes about 4 servings.
