Ingredients

Hillshire Farm - Lite Polska Kielbasa, 16 oz (1 sausage package)
Sauerkraut, 2 cup (1 large can), undrained
Potatoe, Sliced White, Canned, 2 cup (2 regular cans), undrained
    Paprika, 1 tbsp
Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1/2 cup
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Slice the sausage into 8 pieces. Pour sauerkraut into slow cooker, layer in potatoes, sausage and pour in the broth. Sprinkle with paprika and garlic powder. Cook on high for 6 hours, check occasionally and add water as desired. Usually, this makes 6 servings. I don't know how many cups, It just fed our family of three two times! * can brown the sliced sausage in a frying pan first for more smokey flavor.
