Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 cup
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
    *Onion,dried flakes, 1 tsp
    Don Pablos Small Flour Tortilla, 3 serving
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded

Directions

Brown beef with onion flakes. Add spices & corn and let simmer for 5 mins to work spices in. Alternate layers of salsa, tortilla, beef mixture, & cheese to make a lasagna in a pie pan.

Bake until cooked through about 30 mins at 350 degrees F.
