    3 Roma tomatoes
    1 Slicing tomato
    1/2 Medium Onion
    2 Jalapeno Peppers
    1/2 Anaheim or Poblano Pepper
    1 Tbs Fresh Cilantro
    1/3 Tomato or Vegetable Juice
    Sweeten to taste


Course chop tomatoes, onion and one Jalapeno
Fine chop one Jalapeno, and Anaheim, Cilatro
Add to bowl
Add 1/3 cup Tomato Juice
Mix until homogenous
Sweeten to taste

Best if made day before.
