Ingredients

    1 Greek pita
    3 oz Oscar mayer Chicken breast (southwestern flavor)
    3 green onions
    1/2 cup of jarred red peppers(whole not sliced)
    2 tbsp PB2 (from bell plantation)
    sprinkle of red cyanne pepper (to taste)
    sprinkle of garlic salt (to taste)


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add PB2 to small bowl. Meanwhile chop up chicken, slice red peppers, and green onions (white and green parts) and add to bowl of PB2 and combine, may add a drop or 2 to moisten PB2 although the juices from red peppers usually is enough. Add a shake or 2 of garlic powder and a shake of red pepper. Taste and add more seasonings to liking. Top the pita and bake for 8 minutes on a cookie sheet.
