Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb.Lean Ground Beef
    2 tsp. Taco Seasoning
    1 can Black Beans
    1 Can Corn
    Shredded Monterey Cheese
    Favorite Lettuce
    Baked Tostiitos
    Salsa

Directions

Brown lean ground beef, add taco seasoning. Drain. Lightly warm corn, black beans just so they are warm not too hot.

The calculations are for 1 serving. One serving includes:
1/4 cup (2 oz.) lean ground beef, 1/4 cup corn, 1/4 cup black beans, 1/4 cup cheese, 2 Tbsp salsa, 2 cups lettuce, and 7 baked tostitos.
