Ingredients

20 oz Pineapple Juice, unsweetened
1.25 C Frozen Orange Juice concentrate (unmixed)
Lemon juice yield from 6 lemons
one 1.5" piece of fresh ginger root
one cinnamon stick
3 Family Sized Lipton Tea Bags
2 C Splenda (cup for cup) sweetener
Directions
makes 12 one cup servings (at least)
**can be adjusted to suit any taste preference**
1. Add water, ginger root, and cinnamon stick to large pot and bring to a boil.
2. Remove from heat, add tea bags, and cover until tea has steeped to dark color.
3. Remove tea bags only and stir in Splenda until dissolved
4. Return to heat and add juices. (keep frozen orange juice as-is. Add as frozen concentrate and heat on low.
5. Serve warm. Tea becomes richer the longer it simmers.
