Introduction

Ingredients

    Salad:
    1 cup chopped Green Pepper (bell peppers)
    3 Plum Tomatos, chopped
    1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted, cut in half
    1/2 cup thinly sliced red Onions
    2 tbsp chopped Basil
    1 can Chickpeas
    1 package of Morningstar Farms Chicken Strips meal starter, cooked
    6 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce
    1 medium Cucumber, peeled and chopped

    Dressing:
    6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp Organic Dijon Mustard
    2 tsp Granulated Sugar
    6 tablespoon Grape Seed Oil
    2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped

Directions

Mix all the salad ingredients.
Mix all the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl, than toss with the salad.

If you wish, add a little bit of grated Parmesan cheese.
