Ingredients

Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
Fuero Wakame, 2tbsp dry presoaked in 1/4 cup water * can be omitted if you do not like seaweed but it is a good source of excellent skin minerals
California Mix Vegetables - broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, 1cup (can use any frozen vegetables)
Chic peas Clic (or any brand) 540 ml Can, drained
Parsley, chopped 0.5 cup
balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon- for great taste try aged balsamic for this recipe !
Lemon Juice, 1-2 lemon yields
Aji Rocotto (red pepper paste), 1 tsp - can be omitted but is not really spicy and adds another depth of flavor
Frenchs Mustard, 3 tsp
Liberte Yogurt - nonfat plain - 2 tbsp
Salt, as needed, to taste
Directions
1. Add all ingredients into large bowl as listed in the ingredient list
2. mix gently until combined
3. Store in sealed container in the fridge- for at least 2-4 hours so all flavours can combine
4. Makes exactly 5 servings of 1 cup each and only 125 kcal each!!!!
This salad is perfect to take for bagged lunches and get better the longer it marinates !!
Consume within 1 week (if it lasts that long-- mine never do (^.^) b
