Ingredients

    1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
    5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbs Paprika
    1 Tbs Cinnamon
    1 Tbs Poultry Seasoning
    1 Tbs Black Pepper
    Cooking Spray

Directions

Place yogurt in zip loc bag, add chicken, piece by piece to coat.
Combine all other ingredients in a seperate bag. Coat piece by piece.
Lightly coat 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Add chicken. Make sure chicken doesn't touch. Lightly spray chicken again.

Cook for 60 minutes in 365 degree oven.
