Ingredients

1 10-11 oz pizza crust
6 oz shredded part skim mozzarella
3 medium ripe seeded tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (torn if large)
1 1/2 t Tabasco
Directions
1. If the crust is raw par bake it for 5 minutes at 350 while you prep the toppings. Once done, remove and turn heat up to 425.
2. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the crust, layer with tomatoes and basil.
3. Drizzle with tabasco sauce and add a thin layer of cheese to the top.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
