Ingredients

    1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed thorougly.
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 punch fresh parsely, washed and leaves picked
    1/2 red onion, sliced into thin wedges
    2 tbs white vinegar
    2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    salt and freshly ground pepper.

Directions

Place beans, tomato, parsley and onion in large bowl. Toss to combine.

Whisk together the vinegar, oil and garlic in a small bowl till well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over bean mixture.

Seve immediately.
