Fat free, high fiber, very filling! Fat free, high fiber, very filling!Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients

1 cup water
2 tsp Splenda or other sweetner
1 egg
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbl fat free sourcream
(Skim milk can be used instead of water, but water works just fine!)
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Drop by spoonful on hot griddle. Makes 8 - 4-5" pancakes. 4 servings of 2 pancakes each.
