Introduction

Fat free, high fiber, very filling! Fat free, high fiber, very filling!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup water
    2 tsp Splenda or other sweetner
    1 egg
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    4 Tbl fat free sourcream

    (Skim milk can be used instead of water, but water works just fine!)

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Drop by spoonful on hot griddle. Makes 8 - 4-5" pancakes. 4 servings of 2 pancakes each.

    Incredible!
    Delicious recipe. I used 1/3 cup flax and 2/3 cup wheat flour and agave nectar as the sweetener. I'm looking forward to making these again. - 5/23/11
