Introduction

Sweet and spicy salsa that is so easy and so good! Sweet and spicy salsa that is so easy and so good!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups black beans
    1/2 cup sweet onions, raw, chopped
    1 cup pineapple, diced
    1 Can diced tomatoes
    2 Teas. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
    dash of hot sauce
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Dice pineapple chunks and onion. Drain black beans and tomatoes. Add all ingredients and mix. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with chips or as a side dish to mexican dinner.

Makes at least 8 servings.
